Be advised of the following Notice for Thursday, January 12, 2023
The Judicial Administrative Office has identified an intermittent service disruption with the following services:
• Some uscourts.gov sites may be unavailable
• PACER users are unable to complete new registrations
• PACER users may be unable to submit some filings.
• Pay.gov is unavailable for Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) users.

Saturday August 17,2024 from 12:00AM to 10:00AM due to system maintenance. -->
Pay.gov will be unavailable to customers on the following date:
Saturday, August 17 2024 from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 PM , to undergo a scheduled maintenance. The outage will not impact the availability of CM/ECF or PACER.
Attorneys attempting to electronically file any document requiring the payment of filings fees via Pay.gov during these scheduled outages, however, will not be able to complete their transactions.

unavailable starting at 8pm on Friday, October 7th through 6pm Monday, October 10th due to system upgrades and maintenance. -->

Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 PM PDT , to undergo a scheduled maintenance. The outage will not impact the availability of CM/ECF or PACER.

may experience intermittent authentication issues when logging in, and intermittent connection issues when making payments through Pay.gov on
Sunday November 13th, 2022 from 2:00 AM to 1:00 PM due to PACER system maintenance.
